​AI will help riders identify the fastest routes, alert them to nearby hazards, and automatically track their performance.
Depending on the type of alert, BEN’s AI system will also guide riders in real time on how best to approach each emergency whether it’s medical, security, or accident-related ensuring safety, coordination, and effective first response.

AI-driven dispatch will intelligently assign the closest and best-equipped responders, predict high-risk zones, and deliver real-time analytics on response speed and SLA compliance improving service reliability and trust.

When a user is online in an area flagged as a potential hotspot, BEN’s AI system will analyze live data from recent alerts and rider reports to detect rising risk levels. It will then notify the subscriber in real time, offering practical safety guidance such as safer routes, nearby help points, or simple precautionary actions to take.
