Africa’s most reliable first responders have always been its people and in many places, boda riders are the ones who show up first when help is needed.
At Bodatec, we saw an opportunity hidden in plain sight: a powerful, underutilized network of millions of riders who move through every street, every hour, every day.
What began as a vision to improve emergency response has evolved into a multi-service technology ecosystem one that turns these riders into trained, AI-assisted community agents delivering real-time safety, logistics, and transport solutions.
From Nairobi to Kampala, we’re proving that innovation doesn’t have to start in corporate towers it can start on two wheels, powered by people, and scaled by technology.
